Billing questions

How does the trial work?
New organisations get 14 days of the Growth plan with no card needed. At the end you pick a plan or continue on Free. Nothing is deleted.
What about GST and invoices?
Prices in rupees exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Add your GSTIN to your billing details to get a GST invoice. Indian customers pay through Razorpay; customers elsewhere pay in US dollars through Stripe.
Are ad spend and WhatsApp fees included?
No. Ad platforms and Meta bill you directly for ad spend and WhatsApp message fees. Your plan covers DigitalMarketingKing itself.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade any time (prorated). Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
Do agencies pay per client?
The Agency plan includes 10 client workspaces. Each extra client is billed per month at the price shown, and the app shows the price and asks you to confirm before you create the 11th.
