1. What gets deleted
- Access tokens for connected platforms are revoked (where the platform allows) and deleted immediately when you disconnect.
- Data we received from connected platforms (for example Google Analytics reports, Search Console data, Google Ads data, and in future Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp data) is deleted within 30 days.
- Your account and workspace data (profile, workspaces, settings and recommendations) is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
- Backups are encrypted and overwritten on a rolling basis, so deleted data disappears from backups within 35 days.
- Processing and security logs are kept for 1 year, as required by Rule 8(3) of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, and then deleted. Billing and tax records are kept as long as tax law requires.
2. Delete your account
Email privacy@34-100-232-26.sslip.io from the email address you use to log in, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you own an organisation, tell us whether to delete the whole organisation (all of its workspaces) or only your own user account. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
You can also do it yourself: log in, open Settings → Privacy and choose Delete my account. Organisation owners can request deletion of the whole organisation under Agency settings → Data & privacy; it is completed after a 30-day grace period. You can also disconnect every platform straight away, as described below.
3. Disconnect a platform in the app
- Log in to DigitalMarketingKing.
- Open the workspace and choose Connections in the sidebar.
- Next to the account you want to remove, choose Disconnect and confirm.
We revoke the access token at the platform (for Google, through Google’s token revocation service), delete it from our systems immediately, and delete data received from that account within 30 days. The action is recorded in the workspace audit log.
4. Remove access from a platform
You can also remove our access from the platform itself. This works even if you can no longer log in to DigitalMarketingKing.
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Business Profile): go to myaccount.google.com/connections, select DigitalMarketingKing and remove its access.
- Facebook: see section 5.
- Instagram: in the Instagram app, go to Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove DigitalMarketingKing.
- WhatsApp Business and Meta Ads: in Meta Business Settings, remove DigitalMarketingKing from the apps and partners that can access your WhatsApp Business account or ad account.
- LinkedIn: go to Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services, then remove DigitalMarketingKing.
- HubSpot, Apollo and Brevo: disconnect in DigitalMarketingKing, then uninstall the app or delete the API key you created for us in that platform’s settings.
When a platform tells us that access was removed, we delete the stored token and the data we received from that platform as described in section 6.
5. Remove the app from Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites (direct link: facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
- Find DigitalMarketingKing and choose Remove.
Removing the app sends us an automatic data deletion request from Meta. We then delete the data we received about you through Meta, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link back to this page where you can check the status of your request.
6. What happens next
| When | What happens |
|---|---|

| Within 30 days | Data received from the platform, and for account deletions your account and workspace data, is deleted. |
| Within 35 days | Deleted data has rolled out of our encrypted backups. |
| After 1 year | Processing and security logs, which we must keep for 1 year under the DPDP Rules, are deleted. |
7. Check a deletion request
If you removed DigitalMarketingKing from Facebook, enter the confirmation code Facebook gave you to see the status of your request.
