1. Purpose
This policy applies to everyone who uses DigitalMarketingKing, including members of agencies and their clients. You are responsible for how your organisation uses the Service. Some of these rules are also enforced by the product itself.
2. Reviews and reputation
- Do not post, buy, sell, write or incentivise fake reviews, or review your own business or a competitor’s.
- Do not “gate” reviews by asking only satisfied customers. Review requests from DigitalMarketingKing go to all customers you choose, without filtering by sentiment.
- Review replies must be honest and must not reveal customers’ personal information.
3. WhatsApp and messaging
- Message only people who have opted in to hear from the business on WhatsApp, and keep a record of that opt-in. Honour STOP and other opt-out requests straight away.
- Use the AI assistant only for questions about your own business. Do not use it as a general-purpose chatbot.
- Do not use the assistant to ask for card numbers, bank details, passwords or government ID numbers.
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, including the restrictions on regulated and prohibited goods.
4. Email outreach
- Do not send spam. Send outreach only where the law in the recipient’s country allows it, and only for a legitimate business purpose relevant to them.
- Every email must identify the real sender, include the business’s postal address and contain a working unsubscribe link. DigitalMarketingKing adds the unsubscribe link and header for you; do not remove or hide them.
- Do not import contacts from purchased or scraped lists. Do not try to get around the suppression list, send caps, warm-up limits or automatic pauses.
- Do not email addresses marked as personal without confirming you have a lawful basis to do so.
5. LinkedIn and personal profiles
Do not use DigitalMarketingKing or any add-on to automate personal LinkedIn profiles, connection requests or messages. LinkedIn tasks in DigitalMarketingKing are drafts that you send yourself. Company-page posting uses LinkedIn’s official API only.
6. Connected platforms
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and follow each platform’s terms and policies (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and others).
- Do not use the Service to get around a platform’s limits, reviews or enforcement, for example by creating accounts to avoid a suspension.
- Do not ask us to scrape search engines or customer accounts, or to automate a platform’s user interface. We use official APIs only.
7. Content and AI output
- Do not publish content that is false, misleading or deceptive, including claims about products, prices, certifications, health or results that you cannot support. The claims checker helps, but you remain responsible.
- Do not create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that exploits children.
- Do not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademarks or other rights, or impersonate a person or organisation.
- Do not use the Service for political campaigns or election advertising without meeting every platform and legal requirement that applies.
- Label AI-generated content where a platform or the law requires it.
8. Personal data
- Process personal data only with a lawful basis under the laws that apply to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR.
- Respond to the people whose data you hold when they ask to access, correct or erase it. DigitalMarketingKing lets you export or delete individual contacts.
- Do not upload special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or financial account data) unless it is strictly necessary and lawful.
9. Security and fair use
- Do not access, or try to access, another customer’s data, or probe, scan or test our systems without our written permission.
- Do not overload the Service, interfere with other customers or try to get around plan limits.
- Do not share logins. Invite each person with their own account and the right role.
- Do not resell or white-label the Service except as your plan allows, for example agency reports to your own clients.
10. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may block the action, remove content, pause automations or outreach, or suspend or terminate the account, as described in the Terms. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities and cooperate with platforms investigating abuse.
11. Reporting misuse
If you think someone is misusing DigitalMarketingKing, for example by sending you messages you did not agree to, email support@34-100-232-26.sslip.io with as much detail as you can. To stop emails sent through DigitalMarketingKing, use the unsubscribe link in the email; for WhatsApp, reply STOP.
